THE SHOCKWAVE DANCE TEAM!

The Tulane Shockwave is an organization dedicated to promoting school spirit within Tulane University and the greater New Oleans community. As part of the Tulane University Marching Band, Shockwave performs at all home football games, as well as Mardi Gras parades and pep rallies. Shockwave begins to practice with the band during the summer, before the start of school, and continues to practice with the band through the remainder of football season. Members during football season are enrolled in the band course and receive class credit. The squad also performs at all home men’s basketball games, select volleyball and baseball games, various alumni events, fundraisers, and other appearances throughout the city.
