The Tulane Concert Band is proud to present its Spring 2016 concert series with TWO free concerts! Celebrating the strength of the human spirit, this program honors the 10th anniversary of Hurrican Katrina and signigicant events of World War II, and embraces the broader communal themes of fate, reflection, and healing.
